what is the best brand to get these two replacement bulbs in? PIAA? Nokya? Polarg? Raybrig?

i'm looking for a bright white, crisp shine. no yellowish tinge or bluish hue. and which bulb will last the longest?

I personally have the APC titaniums with clear corners. If you want nice light go with Polarg or Raybrig.
