Thanks for the information guys but I can't seem to get one in time. Kinda why I was shooting for someone to part with one. Most companies need to send it ground and I need it overnight.

Oh yeah, I'm in Greensboro and travel around quite a bit. Let me know if you're out and about and maybe we could hook up.

From the website I referred, you will just need to order one of their couplers. For the 4oz bottle of S/C oil you may pick on up from GM or you can just order it from them too.

Yeah, I called this one first. He told me that he didn't have one and the only ones he could find were in Canada.

Its my understanding that the TRD Supercharger is actually made by Eaton. Which is owned by Magnuson.
http://www.magnusonproducts.com/
I sent them an email back in Feb asking them for the oil change kit and recommended oil change interval. I immediately received an automated response saying that they have numerous emails to answer and it may take some time for them to get back to me.

Like I said, that was Feb. It is now the middle of June and I'm still waiting.

That TRDparts4u is a great site. I've ordered many products from them (supercharger). They have great service.

Good luck with your quest

This is the most common part to fail on any M45, M62, M90, and M112 Eaton supercharger. The pins that couple the snout to the rotors tend to egg out the holes on the stock coupler. This upgraded coupler is made of a special oil impregnated nylon for long life and excellent chemical resistance.

#SCCOUPLER . . . . $29.95

So this is it right? ANd for the oil do I need more then one bottle on that site? Im just doing it all at one time. And did your coupler gaved out or was it still working but in bad shape? I got like 90K miles on my charger I think.
