looks great!

I have the avalon, so I think a combo like yours would'nd blend so well since the rear windows are big. I think going 30 all around is good for me. thanks for the pix!

Exactly.

I've got the light beige interior (which includes the steering wheel).

And also, if you've got 20% all around -- I am sure the 30% in the front of mine lightens-up my 20% in the back a bit. The sunset was also coming in through the front windshield a bit in some of those pics as well.

Looks good. And it's legal too right? That's always a plus. I went illegal with 15% all around, gotta keep myself on the low you know :P but it's nice, I just have to sort've worry about tickets.

As far as the dot matrix is concerned, on my last Solara with 15 all around it looked terrible on the matrix, because they tried to make it stick hard and it was basicly just blotchy across the whole thing. This time I went to a better place and paid more money to a guy who runs a VERY successful sign/printing and tinting business. He didn't try to force it as much as just let it cling to the dots only. The result is definitely noticable as the top reflects more so gives a lighter look, but it's an even light, not all blotchy like last time, and I really like it. If yours doesn't "tense up" to the dots better, I would try to go back and ask if they can reapply it at the top more evenly.

Another tip also, try leaving it in the sun as much as possible to help the tint stick. It's probably one of very few times it's actualy recommended to leave your car in the sun. 8)

Actually, mine's illegal in the front by 5%. 35% is the state limit here.

I'm not really concerned; I'll just throw open the sun roof if a cop's on me in the county where I work. In the city where I live, I'm not going to bother. The cops there aren't bored like the county cops.

Good advice on 'The Matrix.' I was actually out of town for two full days after they tinted it, so it did sit in the sun non-stop over that period. Hopefully that will play a role in the tint over the matrix holding-up, but I'm keeping my eye on it. So far, so good.. If you get within a couple feet you can notice a slight, uneven difference, but it doesn't jump out awkwardly.
