Solara Accident. Bad Day

Solara Accident. Bad Day

Postby DatSRBoi » Wed Jun 21, 2006 11:40 am

I was going for a drive because of a bad morning and some car fell apart in front of me. It was a fender plastic thing. I couldnt stop in time (I was driving speed limit thanks very much) and it flew into my passenger front wheel area. The solaras now making clunking sounds and I cant make any turns without scrapping something. Its in the garage now which took me like 5 minutes to even make a turn to drive up into it. My day isnt so great today.

flippin asshole and your dam cars. flippin TAKE CARE OF YOUR DAM CARS AND PICK UP YOUR FRUCKING TRASH ON THE HIGHWAY.

all I know right now is a link is like totally broken on the car and I might have a leaking brake line and no ABS. I cant take my rims off yet because someone stoled my tools a few nights ago so Im flippin piss righ tnow. And I have to work in 3 hours.

So I took a look at it. Thank god the brake line wasnt sliced. Somehow the impact was so hard it knocked off a bolt on my car and my brake line. It also took a HUGE chunk off my tires and scrapped my rims badly. Does anyone know what size this bolt is? I went to the hardware store and brought a few bolts and none fits!!!

In other word. Drive safely everyone today. The roads like a trash heaven now days and no ones taking any effort to clean this crap up.

what do you need to know, the size the nut is for the swaybar link?? also didnt you just get your struts put in recently, i would go have a chat with the guys that put them in cause theres no way that swaybar link fell off from hitting something.. im really thinking that they forgot to tighten it or something..either way just go to a toyota dealer and tell them you need a nut for the sway bar link.

can you not make a claim through your Department of Transportation?

i know here in RI we can claim anything that should be fixed (or possibly cleaned?) by the DOT.

the length of time in which you recieve payment can be lengthy but come none the less...look into it

usually have to have repairs made then submit reciepts pictures, etc...
