Semi-Brand new 2006 Cool blue Solara SE love it. Sold my Saab 900s convertible and i'm going to miss the rag top, but i have a job that doesn't require much time at home, so this reliable toyota will mostly see the garage. Been reading a few things on this site about them. i'm big into car audio and want some info if you have it quick off the top of the head.

-alternator output?
-easy hole in the firewall for cable?
-easy way to remove door panels and not break every clip, or at least the l-ocations of the clips and screws.
-bulb recommendations since it has projectors, i'd love to have HID's don't know if the other solaras have them and its and easy upgrade or not/price?
any small things that just make a world of difference.

thank you and i'm excited to be apart of my next car community online.

car will end up having idaho plates. but i reside in phoenix, arizona. and you should expect some cool pics of the progress of my stereo, it'll be nice to have an enclosed car again. ALSO tons of room in my kick panels for some sweet fiberglass pods.

Welcome :D

I know some have HID's in the gen2, it's not very hard to install. Hit up Mark for them.

HIDs took about 15 min to install.

Haven't tried the rest.

Good luck - and Welcome! :D
