Welcome to SG... The rear 3 spark plugs are rumored to be a pain, but then again I had that done at my 90k service so I can't really say much.

Welcome to SG :D as far as the owners manual just call Toyota @ 1-800-622-2033 and they can send one to ya its like $15 or so.
