Im having another issue with freeman toyota of hurts texas. I ordered touch up paint i think 3 weeks ago and they keep giving me excuse that no one has it.

Paint code 1C4 silver...... Can anyone hook me up here? or send it to this BS place that I already paid for. They dont even call me to keep me posted. They just leave me hanging and I HAVE to be the one to come and check up.

I always order my stuff and pay for it when i pick up. I know the dealerships around here allow me to do that. I have a friend at star toyota. Do you want me to talk to him.

Touch up paint has been lagged by Toyota for the past month or so... I have many people complaining that they haven't received confirmation their paint has arrived... because it hasn't arrived!! Toyota is lagging it bad. x_x

They sublet it out to another company to get the paint made... that's probably why, but it's such a lame excuse.
