Thank you Mr Rico Suave for editing the post to avoid future confusion. It's funny that Ed wasn't complaining at your response. I guess he didn't read deeply into it either.

So, enough of the drama ... back to the thread on those kick butt tail lights!

SICK! It lives! This is going to be the new thing like putting a gen 1.5 lip kit on a gen 1, and you were the first. Props to you.

Well, for starters, "I believe there is no indicator of that sort here" made it sound like you were unaware of whether or not there was such a light (in any sense, "believe" being used in the same context indicates uncertainty), so I tried to clarify it with the photo, since I am positive that even some Gen1 owners don't know what that light does. Then again, I wasn't sure if that is even existant on Gen2s (discontinued or SLE-only option now? Even my stepmom's Gen4 Camry LE w/ I4 has it).

Second, TripleBlack took the words right out of my mouth: Calm down! Now I haven't seen whatever scathing response/flame you put there either since I haven't followed up on this thread since Thursday and it was already edited when I logged on, but whatever it is, I'm sure you don't go telling a customer standing near the restroom asking you where it is as: "FXCK!!!! There's a sign that says 'RESTROOM' right there PLUS you can see a toilet through the open door! What do you want, a big, fxcking flashing neon sign?" at work either.

If you don't work with the general public, I suggest you do, which I recommend the eyecare industry. I asked a legitimate question that I don't find to be dumb, but you try figuring out anything from why a 22 year old who doesn't even need reading correction is insisting on progressives (no-line bifocals) while she's asking for Transitions (a lens that darkens in contact with sunlight), to arguing with an old lady for half an hour of why a frame that is ran over by a bus is not salvageable and would cost $50 to do a restoration, while it's only $10 copay to get a decent pair of new eyeglasses through her insurance. After working with those kinds of people for a year, trust me, not even "what does the gas pedal do and how do I use it?" won't seem like a dumb question.

By the way Brian, there's my complaint :-) . Haven't read this since Thursday with all the partying I've been doing over the weekends (I'm even still hung over as we speak). Moving on.... Still a nice conversion.

**Off Topic, why does everyone want to be so dramatic here?? I am just trying to help all the other GEN2 OWNERS that want this mod the same way I did. If you have a problem with me or cannot understand my choice of posting please PM ME. I, in no way want or need any ONLINE DRAMA. Please go HIJACK another thread. Thank you**

Back on topic now, GEN2 OWNERS I will have a DIY for you guys in a couple of days.

great.. i cant wait
i already have the money too, for the first time in months since i started workin for the summer...
also if it is not too much trouble, i would like to see a video with the driving lites on. so that the tail lites are on... i would also like to see them when u step on the brake and then blink.. i realize it is a lot to ask but i wanna make sure i like how they work before i do it... maybe ill understand better once i see how u wired it...
i love LED tail lites
biggi_e: i mite need u to hook me up since the dealer in my town seems to be really uptight and no one there is actually cool with mods and stuff... can u give me a price for shipping? thx in advance
and i think everyone would appreciate it if the drama ends at least in this thread.. i believe PMs are more adequate for this kind of problems

props to milt for the videos. i just checked out the update on the first page and they look awesome. glad you got everything to work out and properly.I def. agree with alot here that the gen.2 with 2.5 upgrades look real nice. I thought the blinker was the white area in the tail light. Its good you showed the blinker during the day anyway cuz its good to see what others will see when there's light. Do you think the red led blinkers is hard to see during the day? cuz i seen new cars like the murano's or caddy's with the red led blinkers and see it good. I hope to upgrade soon also.thanks for your help
