I decided it would be easier for me to use one of these since its standalone(doesnt require a laptop) plus i like the color display

Anyone have one? Image

They are only about 50 bucks more then the SAFC2. I have them priced at 375. I am waiting on someone to have me install one so I can check it out and see how user friendly it is.

Is it really just 6 wires you have to hook up?(Power, RPM signal, pressure in, pressure out, two grounds, and a throttle signal.)if so thats too easy! i found a place in Memphis, TN that can Dyno tune(too bads its called Daves Honda Haven but oh well its a dyno..and i found a wideband that i can borrow!!!

The dyno shop should have a wideband they can connect to the car while you are there to show you your a/f's versus RPM throughout the entire pull.

edit: and yes, it should only be 6 wires.

i know the dyno will have a wideband, but i want to compare it to how my car actually runs on the street, which should be different considering different variables. Im also going to be running 9psi on the dyno and im going to record where everything is set, then probably put a lower boost pulley on and street tune it...make sense?

Well, if you use a load bearing dyno then the results you see will be equivelant to what your car would do on the street. You can street tune your car just fine on a Mustang or dynodynamics or any load bearing dyno for that matter.

Wang2k, glad to see your car coming together after all your hard work. What are you running for fuel injectors? Stockers max out around 240whp.

are you still planning on the centrifugal supercharger setup?

Keep up the good work, post pics of the new safc mounted in your car when your done!

I have to get some injectors, do you still have any? i think i remember you having a set or two for sale or something?

Novi 2000 :)

My car is STILL in the body shop and when i gave it to them it had to be running. All i had time to do is get it mounted, I made a bracket and next i need to get a longer belt and make sure it is going to turn everything without a problem before i move on to the next step, running the charge pipes. i hope i get it to work. it seems like i may have the first I/C blown solara.
