Partial Dyno Numbers

Ok, the guys got some high end dyno stuff done today. They could not get above 4K in RPM because of an ignition problem that has been identified and corrected. They hope to finish the dyno tomorrow.

Anyway at the 4K in RPM we were making 275 - 279 front whp. We got another 2500 rpm to tune and so far they are very pleased. The tuner sees no problem getting a lot more out of the engine before we hit max RPM. He says 300 is easy Greg and I like that. The E-Manage seems to be working as advertised. :)

FYI - An important note is it was 118 degrees here in Phoenix today. Because of the way their mustang dyno is positioned the nose of my car was facing to the outdoors, so the fans were pulling in HOT air. :(

More tomorrow. 8)

Good god!!! to both numbers, the dyno and the weather. How do people live in 118 degree weather.

Because that would make the intercooler very effecient because those numbers wax 9 lb unintercooled numbers. they probably wax 12lb numbers even eh? i hope you get the top end lined out soon
