Yes, easy, lot's of patience...and plenty of time to let the coats of paint dry. Of course you will need a jack and etc...would be best to have jackstands so you can do two wheels at a time.
What you should do is thoroughly clean the brake caliper surface...preferably with a brush and running water...and some cleaner/degreaser if it's bad. Let it dry. Tape and mask off the areas you don't want overspray...especially on the disc surface itself. Make sure to use high temp paint of whatever color you plan to use....and spray in coats. Let each coat dry before applying another.
Mine are painted black.
