Chrome Plating Your Grille Is Going To Be Expensive$$$$

I got the scoop on chrome plating the grille. I found a place in Texas that will do it. The one problem is that they want between five and six hundred dollars to do it. They also said that it would take more like 6 weeks instead of the 3 or 4 weeks that they said before. Even though it is expensive I'm still going to do it, but at that price its going to the bottom of my to do list......

I've done the chrome spray paint route but it doesn't bond to the plastic very well. It looks real good for the first couple of weeks but then after a couple of car washes the paint starts to come off. I wish I didn't love chrome so much....
