Yes. The displacement is just too small for me. Need something else that will spool the turbo better and more efficiently. Upgrading the turbo just won't cut it.

if your turbo won;t spool fast enough then you probably have too big of a turbo for the displacement. Or damage to the turbine...

Bigger isn't always better.

my first car was a 5-speed black 1990 tercel coupe. i think it had a total of 98 horsepower. fun little car till the engine blew. think it had upwards of 200k miles.
