Hahaha my car has a tendency of leaking you know in public. I make it wear diapers so that It wont just aim and shot everywhere.

I think that is to soak up the raditor overflow....
I have a 1998 Toyota Camry V6 overflow tank, so now it doesn't splash or shoot radiator fluid from the spigit.

Didnt want over fluid to get all over the engine bay nor on the pulleys and belts.
