Remember, the idler plate assembly for the Sienna is taller than the one for the Solara.

This is how the installed idler plate assembly looks like on the Sienna:

Of course, the belt is longer too.
Sienna: 6PK2285 96.0 inches Dayco Poly-Cog 5060895
Solara: 6PK2250 88.5 inches Dayco Poly-Cog 5060885

Yes, EGR convoluted tube connection plate is block (by a blank plate, secured by two 6mm bolts) on the S/C for the Sienna. Not sure about the vacuum hoses.

The EBC might work and it just probably a matter of finding/matching the corresponding ECM wiring harness/cables to splice.

Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.
