just push it out from the inside, or take it to a body shop, most of them are pretty cool and can offer you a tip or two on how to do it.

Why waste money on that..... all you need to do is bang it from the insides.... The bumper that is!

^The most you can do out of that is hammer it out, but Im sure sure it wont be flush back to original... it may look rippled/wavy after you try and hammer it out due to the hard plastic material... keep in mind, hammering too hard may force the paint to pop outward which means cracking :o

Well first remove the license plate and see if you could get at it from there. You dont need a hammer as some have suggested, don't bang it out by pounding on it.... Bang it out by rubbing on it gently but firm if you get what I mean..... The bumper of course.

removing the bumper (believe it or not...) should be relatively easy. i've recently removed 2 rear bumpers at work, at it's pretty much about tugging and seeing where the bumper is still hinged/bolted at.

the obvious places for screws/bolts, are the fender wheel well. probably 3 or so.

get under the rear, you'll also see 3 more screws/bolts/fasteners at the bottom. i think theres also a couple behind your trunk trim pieces. 2+ 10mm nuts, i think.

you might have to remove the tails but i'm not sure. if you do, 4 10mm nuts hold it in place.

along the seam, the bumper "snaps" into place. GENTLE tugs should get 'er off.
