What is the Best Clutch and Flywheel setup for V6 solaras.?

I seen so many brands ACT, SPEC,EXEDY,FIDANZA .....what is proven and reliable ....? are u guys running a simple stage 1 or stage 2 ......feedback greatly appreciated thanks SG membs.....

fidanza + spec stage 2+...not so sure about the reliability of the 2+ clutch, but it hooks up awesome.

My opinion: Centerforce stage 1 and your stock flywheel. Feels like normal, but a stronger clutch to handle the power.

I have SouthBend clutch stage 3, which is priced waaaay lower than any of the clutches mentioned above. I've had it over 6 months and love it!! It almost feel stock and grips awesome, hasnt slipped at all! I also have Fidanza flywheel.

SPEC was good quality, don't skimp on the flywheel, its a little salty, but worth it.

I was asking myself the same question, I ended up buying the SPEC Stage 2, and I absolutely love it. I constantly race and am using the stock flywheel, and no problems. It grips amazingly well and has quick engagement. Its literally like night and day.

with the flywheel does it rev at lot faster ??? a friend has one on his Civic with an Gsr swap he is running a stock clutch with a i think he said 7lbs or 9lbs flywheel and cuz of it he has to change gear a lot quicker is this for every car .....sorry guys Im new at this whole shifting and etc ....

You will rev up faster with a lighter Flywheel meaning that you will go slightly faster as far as mph goes, but you do lose torque. You will notice this when going uphills that you car will rev up higher faster but with no speed conversion becuz of the lighter Flywheel.
