anybody here ever use those gas saving things for their Solara... thinkin about it but i heard it can f$#k up ur ride... u know the one is made out of aluminuim, and u can get it on Ebay... its around 30 bucks canadian - 20 american, and it also is suppose to give u more hp too..

All of that stuff is mostly crap. Don't know what the particular product is, but if it really worked, it'd be all over the news, and everyone would have one.

dun get those gas saving crap. a great way to save gas for free is to remove ur intake filter, take off ur muffler, and remove the air conditioner. it's a great boost on hp too.

No need to get those gas saving kit, that is crap.

By doing maintenace on time and properly as well as driving sensibily on the street you already done the gas saving part.

Only way to save gas is change your driving habit or buy and underpower light car like honda or hybrids. Other then that your owned by the gas world.

I care less about saving gas. I average 15-18 miles a gallon on my solara.

Yeah, all those "gas savers" are crap. I would recommend Lucas Fuel Treatment. Not sure if it gives you more MPG, but the ride is a lot smoother for me.

I've been averaging 26 - 27 MPG with my 4 cylinder. Just don't drive with a lead foot and you should be pretty well off. Keep the oil changes up to date at well.
