For some reason lateley ive noticed a flickering in all of the the lights both inside and outside of the car. has anyone had this before?

I just went ahead and upgrade my alternator to that highlander one..

Not being able to start your car on a very late scedule day isnt my thing.

I forgot how much I paid for it. It was brand new and a straight bolt on. I got it at autozone and it was from an 02 higlander V6. Just dont tell them its for a solara or your core exchange will be lower and youll pay more.

I also upgraded to the 130-amp Highlander alternator (P/N 27060-20170). I got it (~$75 shipped) from eBay. The seller (recycling shop) told me that it has 15K miles on it. Left picture is when I received the unit and right picture after the cleaning, buffing/polishing and paintng it.

Seller said, unit has only 1000 miles. I requested a picture and he sent me one (see below). The alternator must have been exposed to the element from quite some time.

260amp alternator :) hahah kicks in at 550RPMS so when i idle i am at 14.4 volts :)
