Okay, I'm getting rims within a month, so I need opinions.....for a 99 silver Solara, I want to get the 18 inch Axis Se7en Mod.....will they look good with the lips on them? Thanks for opinions.......a pic is at: http://www.wheelmax.com/Wheels/Axis/sevenmod-silver.htm

Do you think the lip will make it stick out of the wheel well? I would love these rims, but I don't want the rims poking out like some ghetto-fab car.

what offset would you suggest to keep me from either scraping the wheel well on turns, or from sticking out too far? Because these will be put on at the same time as the Eibach/Tokico setup.

If you call a rim and tire place they should have the exact offset for your car. In my opinion you should go with an 18X7 rim, instead of 7.5. When I got my rims they let me try on all kinds of different styles and sizes and when I put an 18X7.5 it looked like it was going to be real close to rubbing on the back fender well. I went with 18X7 Niche Spit Fires and they look sick. Plus if I end up throwing air bags on my Solara like I plan to do then I will not have to worry about any rubbing because the rim and tire tucks into the well.
