YOU have to take all of your door handels off and then you ahve to hook up your door popers and make sure you got them hooked up and workin befoer you do it or you will be callin a lock smitch to open your door then you have to weld a piece of metal in it and us fiberglass and body filler and sand untill you get it smooth really looks good on a solara i think

What brand solenoids did you use? Also do you have any protection if your battery dies?

LOL Im sure that'd go over well.

I was really considering shaving my door handles and especially the trunk but its illegal in NJ and cops HATE it. If you ever get pulled over, forget the PBA card you are getting a ticket. Just imagine what its like for them if you have an accident and your doors are locked and they have to get in.

hmm...never thought about it that way. i wonder if its legal in california. i'd do it too, but its not really on the top of my list. i was thinking about the trunk hole too, i wonder how much it would cost... all u have to do is cover it up and paint it, labor shouldnt be much. anyone know?

i am not sure what brand my popers are all i know is that they are 35lb popers and yes if my battery goes dead i have a way i can get under my hood and unlatch int manualy and i also have a speacial place to open the door if the remote goes dead. and on cost its not really that much i did all mine my self shaving my door and trunk and moldin in my kit and all and plus my paint and i only have 700 in it bt if you take it somewhere and you want them to shave it it usualy cost anywher between 50 to 100 a door then u got to add in paint and labor for that . Its illegal in NC also but oh well who cares what they think i mean they want pull ya for it unless you go throgh a check point or somtig like that
