how hard is it to change from an automatic to manual?

Well - the way I see it, if a picture's worth a thousand words, and since nobody really seems to read on this forum, I thought maybe some "Moving Pictures" might do the trick!

and just in case the newbie doesnt know, try manual swap... i dont think the terms changing auto to manual will cut it (i did i search myself and it provides less than ideal results)
