ADR is just one of a myriad of companies that take wheel designs, have them replicated, and manufactured in Taiwan or other low cost manufacturing locations and sell the wheels for much lower than the original designs. A lot of kids like their wheels because they "look" like the original wheels but cost a fraction of the price.

I have some of their DV-8 LE Black Wheels. They have been fine for me, as in like no quality problems. This is just one sample though, so I cannot say that it is representative of their entire product line. Why are you looking at ADR wheels?
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
