where can I find side wind deflector for my solara?
Toyota dealership?
not ebay

do they even make them for my car?

if so my two styles are.
the one with attachment by 3m tape.

OR

the better kind that goes between the weather strippings.

any info please let me know.

depends on the car and the style of them. I think on certain cars theyre a must. I would rock them on my solara. by the way if hes asking where to get them that means he already wants them and if he want them he obviously likes them and i dont think its cool to bash others opinions. Sorry just had to voice my "opinion". If anyone knows where to find the good ones(non 3m tape ones) let me know. I ll pick some up. :2gunfire:

I popped the same q at TN when shopping for my camry. I was not only suggested a type (3m) but also brand (unfortunately, the name escapes me currently, sounded something like ventshade - when if your r really intrested, lmk...i return home in 3 weeks and let you know exact name). I'm verry happy with my purchase. Yes they look wack, but the practical side is that i have leather and i need something to keep my windows cracked and not let rain water in

its only gay when a ricer goes through the hell of spending 200 buckS on them and waits 6-8 weeks to get them. Its not gay because theyre "whack" but because they get them to be JDM. I want a set because I like the way they look. I pitty the foo who tries to influence someone elses opinions to be theyre own. HA. If you know where to get them, spit it out if not, leave the people that want them alone. I dislike haters. "Make your car look just like mine. If you do anything different your gay" <Thats what you haters sound like.

Might as well get those curb feelers while you're at it, oh and don't forget the Yosemite Sam mud guards. LOL jk
GooseXRS, you have your opinion and we have ours, I would hate for a fellow Solaraguy to be labeled as "gay" "whack" "rice" "stupid" whatever, here in SoCal we have alot of nice rides and I don't see any of them rockin wind deflectors. But if the original poster must get them for rain purposes then thats his decision.

i know it may look retarded to some peeople but in thei chicago area lately there has been a lot of rainy weather and given that i smoke (im tryin to quit believe me) i dont want all the rain to get in. so .. yeah.

but i guess this might as well become a poll.

wind deflectors. yes or no? please leave your opinion (and why if you'd like).

For the looks, i'll have to say no. But for use (smoking and such) it is very practical.
