checked the fuse. one was blown. changed it, nothing.......

that means you had cross wires some where. check your wire thruly for broken insulator or terminal

where are these wires??? i found a metal ring that was unattached from the fender and touching some wires, could that be my problem? im out of fuses so i guess ill check tomorrow....

Yes that could be your problem. When the metal ring touches the copper of two or more wires, it is most likely causing an arc which blows your fuse. Re-check the wires for any bare copper to metal and then install a new fuse. Also, use some rtv sealant on exposed copper of wires.

grrr. checked wires. nothing touching. changed fuse again, nothing..... any other suggestions?

yep....... is it bad to start pulling out fuses to see if any are broken?

it wouldnt be my new headlight bulbs right? theyre mtec bulbs 12v 60/55w.

i figured it out. took me an hour with a flashlight in the dark but i got it!
turns out it was a faulty corner bulb.... im so glad i didnt pay a mechanic to fix it. my alarm still doesnt work but atleast i can drive at night!!!!!!!!!

maybe you burn out the fuse in the car alarm too because the parking lot is connected with alarm system
