I agree. I have mine lowered w/o the kit. Makes the car look alot more aggressive. Now a kit w/o lowering, I don't think that would look to good. Probably look unbalanced due to wheel gap.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

Yeah, go for it! I've seen lowered Solaras w/o bodykit and they look really nice! I wanna do it but I'm afraid to lose the comfy ride the stock offers.

Agreed. The ride quality is really not that much worse. Infact if I didn't tell people, they would never know I have an upgraded suspension. Its really worth it. Infact the car actually rides better at higher speeds

Oh thats comforting to hear. Thanks! It does feel a little unstable at high speeds with what I have now. Maybe it's my imagination.

No, it's not your imagination. With the stock suspension, the car floats in turns and squats and dives when you accelerate or hit the brakes. You'll be amazed at how much better it feels with an upgraded spring/strut package. I had the Eibach/Tokico combination installed on my car about a year and a half ago, and now I can't see how anyone would want the stock suspension. As Flipside said, most passengers wouldn't know that it was upgraded.

Honestly, the ride quality is very good, but like everyone said you drop your car, expect a trade off, its not a stock ride quality, but pretty close, you'll notice the harshness the most on really really bad roads. For the most part its cool, well worth it. If you don't want to trade off for the sportier ride, don't lower you car. :)
