at least edmunds thinks the new one is better looking...
(and at least its ugly with a purpose, the Cd dropped to 0.29)

should have a not sure yet on the poll, i remember when the solara first came out my first reaction was........what a goofy ugly car, but then grew on me, its a toyota so people who dont like the plain look of the camry might move to this model. its not what we're use to so ill wait a awile before i vote :D

Had a 99 Solara SE V6. Had a 06 Tacoma. Now I have a 2008 Camry SE V6

I think the interior looks pretty sweet...especially the gages. Not to sure about the exterior through. I think my '99 looks better there 8)

I've just realized another reason I dont like the look of it...the entire front end looks like a face that is smiling at you, with the fogs completing the image as dimples. how aggresive does THAT look..pssht :evil:

at least it will have a sweet DVD - Nav system. That Edmunds article said the screen is like the largest in the industry, that should be pretty cool! :bday:

LOL. Can you say dodge neon.

Dual exhaust would really have helped out the rear. O well

i'm thinking that it will grow on me. the first time i saw the solara, i really thought it looked weird, but now i own one. the interior is sooo nice, exspecially with the gated shifter, and the guages. but the back and the front are kinda eh. i dunno its too soon to tell
