I just installed my 5000k hid kit, and theres no words to describe it. Its just like oem. It came with a shield and i havent gotten highbeamed once. Heres some pics you can tell the shield is doing its job.

lol yea but if didnt sell them they would have been smashed when i hit my first solara.
Blue ill take some wall shots tomm night, they are pretty close to the silverstars i had in.

I wouldnt do 8000k, itll be useless for a fog setup. How about 3000k or even 5000k? I can show you the kit i got.

Pure white would be lower than 5000k maybe 4300k.

5000k looks pretty damn white to me though

I don't care about "usefulness" as a "Fog" light - since I rarely ever see any real fog here... I want them to match my McCulloch HIDs as close as possible and I believe they're a bit more purple than the 6000Ks I've seen.

I just want to spread a bit more light on the road around me - and that they match better...

And I really DON'T want yellow at all! I think the SilverStars I have in there now are WAYYYYY too yellow for my liking. ;)
