i'll keep my 2000.i like it better,not that i'd buy another car.i think mine looks cooler.but i do kinda like the interior.i have to see one on the street i guess.give it time to grow on me.next purchase will be a rav-4.used in a few years.i don't know how people could afford those expensive cars and insurance.nice to go out once in awhile and afford a burger....

Flip, I was going to put it in general, but since we've been going back and forth with all the pics and whatnot in this particular thread, I thought it might be funny. And the guy doesn't speak English, is that what you're talking about? You're supposed to write out the subtitles.

I think the post was appropriate.

We all were a bit tense abt the new Solara and Glenn post helps to loosen up a bit.

Just my 2 cents tho. I also understand that Flip gotta save some space 4 da server. Tough call. :wink:

i don't think the solara's improved in exterior design since 2001 but i definitely love the 2004 interior. on the outside it's ok but i'm not impressed. i think car designers got too stuck on this whole "we're in the future so we must come up with sterotypically futuristic looking bubble-cars" zone. personally i am not an advocate of trends, i think some things look good and others don't and it doesn't really matter if something is "in" or not, it could still suck. kinda like boybands

i think the new solara will grow on all of us. especially when we see it in a different color than that god-awful red.
