Expensive Repair Bill?

Well I made an appointment for the little lady to take her 98 Camry down to get an alignment at Dunn Tire the place where I have mine done. When I got home she was very sad and handed me an estimate they gave her. Apparently they said it needed new front struts and a left wheel bearing. To the total cost of about $1050.00. I said bull crap because I had just had it in for tie rods and an inspection. So I called my friend at the shop that I brought it in for the tie rods and asked him if he noticed anything he said no. NEway long story short after the holidays I am bringing it to my shop for an inspection of above items and if it needs them I will do the struts and mounts and have the shop play with the bearings. So any comments.

I wonder if they would of told YOU the same problems. I think if a shop sees a woman they automatically think they dont know anything and can tell them anything. BS IMO
