hi.. i was just wondering... i have a 2001 sle v6.... how much would i run in 1/4 mile if i'm supercharged?? right now i'm at 16.54 seconds... kinda slow... all i got is an injen intake and hayame muffler...

if u pulled a 16.5r i would have to say mid to high 15's. i'm takin into consideration that the auto doesn't produce as much more hp & tq gains as a stick. also i ran a second faster after i added the s/c and i have a 5 speed. so i would say u can shave off around a second....all depending upon ur driving!

not everything is based on the 1/4 run. you can still have some fun on fwys. and to full throttle once in a while is quite the head turner :)

The SC is not worth $3000.

But for $2000 or less it's worth it.

Exactly. If you were that concerned with 1/4 mile times then you shouldn't have gotten a solara to begin with. low 15s may not seem that impressive but it sure as hell makes it fun. I love my car with the SC, it just made it that much more intereasting to drive.

BTW: I'll let you know this friday about my times because I am going to the track
