theft deterrent / security light problem

I lost my keys last week and had to get some new ones with a new ecu board installed...what a pain, not to mention a lot of $$$.

Anyway, I got the car back today and the security light (right above the tachometer) flashes steadily when I'm driving and when the key isn't in the ignition or when I lock the doors it stays lit (doesn't flash and is always on). Anyone know what this may be? I'm going to call tomorrow to see what's up but I'd rather take care of it myself through you all if I can- Thanks.

I have the programming/troubleshooting procedures in one of my manuals. I haven't had time to take a look at it.

Thanks Ryan, I thought about looking into myself but I'll just have them take care of it since I paid them too much money to begin with. I'll definitely post what I hear though...never heard of this one before.
