GReddy Evo 2 question

I am wondering if anybody has tried this? The exaust comes in 2 parts, one part has 2 resonators and 1 has the big muffler. What would happen if the pipe with the 2 resonators would be removed and then replaced with just a straight pipe. How much louder would the exaust get? What type of sound would that make?

I did this with my previous car, I had the resonators replaced with a straight pipe and and the end I had a Borla Spitfire muffler, it sounded pretty good, with out being too loud.

I would guess it would sound crappy like a very loud civic. Greddy allready has a bit of an angry bee tone not like the borla you used last time. I would just keep them in there performance should not suffer.

no prob. it actually sounds better in my opinion. IT may sound loud from my video, but its only as loud as a g35 or 350z.

What about raspy-ness? Is that a consequence of the video?

thats because i've got a crappy digicam. It even makes people talking raspy. If you've ever heard an is300 or N/A supra with a greddy, its pretty much similar tone

I'm pretty sure it's before the pipe, just look at the post date of the video.
