I meant to take some before/after pics in the same position - but it was pouring rain when I went out to pick it up today... maybe I'll get some from my archives to compare. ;)

It's more than twice as big as the old one.

Oh - and "breaking down and buying the kit" is NOT an option right now! (unless someone donates $2500 for the cause - OR... donate THEIR kit!!) ;)

Just make sure to get the Gen 2 kit, not the Gen 2.5 lip kit. The original looks much more agressive in my opinion.

:D

What tires did you get? I'll be buying some 235/45/18's in a few weeks... My new wheels were delivered today but I didn't get home until midnight and they're at my neighbors house.
I'm leaning towards the Goodyear Eagle RSA's.

I got the Kumho ECSTA MX - I love them so far! Much quieter than the Michelin Pilots I had before and they really grip the road better too (not to mention they're very affordable!) ;)

Surprisingly.... I LOVE the look of the lip, Jeff! (I wasn't too sure until I saw the REAR VIEW pic on yours... NICEASS, btw... and NO, don't get any ideas on the gigolo gig w/me..... Milt, you're sic, bro. HA HA!)

I can see PXL now.... standing on a street corner, one-piece sheer mini-skirt/teet-accentuator.... then the MAN pulls up... LIGHTS FLASHING, LOUDSPEAKER BLARING...

Well - dig it or don't, I'm happy with it! ;)

Most folks that have seen it in person say it has a more "Euro" look to it now... which will probably go away once I put a skirt kit on it (not any time soon tho' - $$!!)

Not sure what's next, but this year ('07) I need to upgrade my intake to a CP-e and get coilovers.
