Or, you could get one of those black pearl Toyota logos to put on it, or paint one glossy blak. It would then stand out...if that's what you wanted.

DEWD... That looks AWESOME. I've been trying FOREVER to chrome mine (the cheap way: by spray paint of course)... 2 layers of primer, some 1500 grit sandpaper, 3 layers of spray paint, 2 layers of clearcoat later, my grille was a matte gray when it was gleaming like real chrome before the clear coat... Now it's just matte black primer temporarily covering things that is starting to peel.

(Ironically, I did the same exact painting process with glossy black paint and it looks BEAUTIFUL... Now if only I can find my fxcking wrench and replace it.)

Thanks NeFaRiOuS_SLE!!!

I like it alot now, gives the car a fresh clean look.
The only thing that bothers me is the two littles holes but I'm in no rush to find something to put there.

Maybe I should put a clear coat on it, wahtcha think?

NO! That will only make it cloudy and will eventually peel off.

Just leave it - but you do need to get the Yota logo attached or something - looks like a KIA grill as it is now. ;)
