you guys go on SG when you guys are drinking? I dunno, is it just me, or is that kinda... lame? if i'm drinking, i'd be out having fun, doing stuff, kicking it with people... not sitting in front of a comp...

assuming you're a kid, funboy, having a computer with internet access at work makes time fly much much faster. In fact, I look at it as getting paid to surf the net.

and Mole, aka Mr Moderator, with all due respect, I worked as a concierge at an upscaled hotel. I think i would most certainly know what you're talking about working at a business with a computer with internet access. I TOO got paid 6 or so hours browsing the internet...

and I think I answered the original question about the emblems already... shave the rear emblems, but maybe leave just the oval Toyota emblem.

I didnt have to 'shave' anything on mine. I know the Gen 2's have holes in their rears....

All i had to do was a simple back and forth with some floss and then goo gone.

I took off all the emblems except the Solara on the rear. Just in case they didn't know (b'cuz you know they don't)

i did it last sunday and i took off the sle v6 on the sides, the toyota emblem, and the solara emblem but i left the oval toyota sign

i think it looks pretty sweet and i like the idea of people not knowing exactly what it is when you pass em up

oh yeah and if i look at it from a certain angle you can still barely see the toyota and solara on the car

i took all the goo and stuff off with goo gone or whatever but its like a shadow or something, im guessing this will be gone after a second wash?

i say shave em! i even shaved the trunk key slot on my 99' made it look super clean!!! and stops anyone from trying to get in there without my permission
