I would have sworn it was higher, from the mount, but I havent heard back yet. Ill update when I get info!

Well the verdict is that there are worn bushing on one or more of the rear control / support arms. $125 each from Toyota.

damn well atleaste you found the problem y dont you buy the parts from a auto store
