Installing an Intake

it looks like the link for the how to install and intake is broken. Does anyone else have one as well as a recommendation for which intake gives the biggest hp boost?

Just get any intake with a quality filter (ie no mesh screen top) the I4's have no maf so it should not matter.

FINALLY mods please move this to the proper section. And new guy feel free to use the search function.

CRAPPY MESH TOP FILTER (the mesh does not filter the air)

CP-e with MAFci Tuneable on '04 SE V6. One of the FIRST and absolutely the BEST mod I have made to the car. Period.

Oh, yeah, that's GUINNESS in a HEINEKEN STEIN! HA HA!

Holy mack crisp...did you made what I wanted to do...put the battery in the trunk of the car ?? Did you or it is just for the pic ?? I had a project at the end of last summer...build a custom CAI for the CP-e...but for this I would have to put the battery in the trunk. I know tacti place the battery perpendiculary but I find that on the V6 it comes too close of the engine.
I saw a setup of battery in the trunk at the Mid Atlantic meet last Sept. 23rd

I calculated that a CAI may provide me 2% o 3% by decreasing the intake air temp of something around 20F degrees. Consediring the work to get something like 4-6hp I think I'm not gonna to make it.

In my own defense, this was in response to a locked thread in the Tutorials section with a broken link.

How do you feel now that EVERYBODY loving it !! I see that you continue your fuc king mascarade...nothing more to bring. I did my part for Gen 2 community by going to CP-e facilities, Mayrland from my hometown 1 hour north of Montreal, QC, Canada. I think you must be a serious trouble maker to act like that !
