Smoked Head/Rear

on a Silver 2000 SE? Well when I saw my fixed baby up, the main headlights are scratched up to hell but didn't cause any distortion when I drove at night before the engine break down. Think it'll be worth doing a lil mod with some smoked headlights and Rears? Maybe Altezza smokes? Opinions.

altezza = yuck...... i think smoking the stockies would look great, it also may go better with silver than with other colors as well. if you go for it be sure to take pictures.

you can try to buff your headlights. There is a tut here somewhere. Smoked headlights will limit your visibility im sure..good luck.

They only way Altezzas will look okay on your car is if you smoke them (like I think you suggested).

If you smoke the Altezzas make sure to do them dark enough that you cant see the inside (thus you can save a pair of stock tails in case you get a ticket or get tired of the smoked)
So if you do the Altezzas dark then you will only see the pattern when braking.

Ick! I saw Altezza style lights yesterday on a Pontiac Grand Prix (recent model). You think they look bad on a Solara, you should have seen them on the Pontiac!

Well, i'm buying the aftermarket ones from Ebay. Saw some real good pics of them from the sellers offering. Just need to make sure the reliability as I got jipped when I was buying my new bulbs after one of my fogs burnt out. DOT Approved also for the headlights i saw.

I woudldn't get altezzas period.. just my .02.
I feel that altezzas looks worst on the old grand ams, cavaliers, neons, camaros, hondas, accords, rsxs, eclipses, TRUCKS...just about anything..
but i dont think they look bad on the Toyota Altezza (IS300)
