assuming you have the v6, there should be 1 on the front bank, 1 on the rear bank.

then if you want to wideband tune, you should have 1 additional bung made.

then there should be another sensor after the cat.

"Mole" is correct. A second O2 sensor is needed for the rear bank. The rear header (small) flange is for the EGR tube. My sienna doesn't have or need an EGR so I used the (vacated) space for the rear 02 sensor bung.

I bought the same set just to try them. I installed the headers for now. Will take the van to my local muffler shop to custom install the Y-pipe after a few weeks of using just the headers. On my Sienna, the OEM Y-pipe comes with catalytic converter (assembled together/1-piece).

Aside from adding a 2nd 02 sensor bung, you need to cut one of the exhaust (right) bolt. Also, the front 02 sensor bung is in the wrong orientation, it's more on the radiator/fan shroud side. You have to relocate the engine wiring harness (02/Cam position sensor) connector so the 02 sensor cable will reach.

After a few test runs, I don't think the power gain is significant or noticeable on my S/C'd engine. They looks good though.

Nice pics and sorry to hear about a lack of power gain probably due to poor design of the Y pipe section. They do look good.

That answers allot of questions I had on them. I notice a huge difference on my Y pipe on my SC.

After 3-days, the stainless headers turned into a shade of gold (or bronze) after they are subjected to exhaust heat.

Before (after installation) and now.

ALL single wall SS headers and pipes do that it is common

That is why Honda uses double wall pipes on their motorcycles.
