(sorry i edited this and lost some people. earlier i said i was gonna get a spare to replace my bent revo so i figured i just get the spare to match whatever wheels i am gonna get later. now i have decided to get all of them on the good 'ol credit card so i changed the post. LOL)
im thinkin bout gettin these wheels. the selection is slim and all the good wheel are in 18"'s. i want 17's cuz they are more functional. so i would appreciate your guy's imput. as soon as i find wheels im gonna sell my revo's

That's a funny way to swap wheels. It's what all the local Mexicans do here. I've seen so many cars with 3 crappy wheels and one good wheel, or some other awkward arrangment of different wheels. Why not just do them all at once? If you have 4 other wheels that fit, put them on temporarily, or just block your car when you sell the old ones and buy new ones immediately if you have an extra car :).

The second ones definitely...those will look real nice with some painted calipers. Personally, i'd go w/ 18's too. Any rim with a lip is going to look much smaller, especially if you go w/ the 17's. Go with the 18's and dont regret it later.

Okay - either I'm missing something here... or you edited your OP... one wheel at a time?? Huh??? :-? :o

Anyway - I say go for the first ones, since the beefier 5-spoke will look better as a smaller rim and larger tire combo you will end up with - especially with the skirts you have on your ride. ;)

Same here.......... but as before, some people choose to read and understand what they wish... (I know lilm was joking, but RDKamikaze took it seriously....)

Back on topic, stick to the revos if you want 17s...
