Those are 18's? They look puny...

I guess it's the drop, or lack thereof, that gives that impression... or maybe the lip...

What offset are those???
I can already tell that you will need spacers in the rear so that the rims will not look so sunk into your wheel-well...

And what happened to your dad not letting you drop the car? 18" rims are not going to make the drop "even out" to pre-drop height...

Will look decent with the drop !
Like I told you...if I was living in AZ or other hot weather states I would go with 19" or 20"

But most important...enjoy what you got !! :D

Right, about the drop. After much convincing to my mom, she got my dad to say yes. Man, I love parents :)

I'm not sure on te offset. There are a ton of numbers on the inside of the wheels, so I'm really not sure :(.

As of the reason for 18's, it has to do with college. By the time I wear out the tires, I'll be heading out to Utah for college. I'll be getting higher profile tires to actually help with traction control on the wet roads from all the rain. That's what we're figuring to happen, at least.

The correct brand name is MB Design, your model is the "Gear".

I have the MB Design Rev, chrome, 18's and the wheels have proven to be very durable. Good choice on the brand, just not sure about the particular model you bought. MB Motoring and MB Design used to be sold only at Discount Tire...is that where you bought them?

They will look much better after lowering!

Congrats on the new look.

I got the wheels off craigslist. Some college girl was selling them from her Tributon when she sold it. Less than a month on the wheels, traction is still perfect.

I scored a great edal IMO. The only thing I don't like too much about them is that they're heavy :(. I can live with that, though.

Thanks PXL, I totally forgot about that thread all together.

I weight in 1 of my 18" wheel + the tired tire I got 48 pounds...my bathroom scale is not what I may call accuracy model...but I'll compare to the 17" stockies and my ugly 16" winter wheels

i think its cause of the lip... that makes it look small.... it does look like they are 17's....
