No passenger side highbeam, no shop wants to fix....

Finally I have isolated issues with my bi-xenon projector's highbeam not turning on. The passenger side power port, which supplies power to the solenoid, does not supply elecricity when highbeam is on. I tested it out with a stock bulb that worked fine on the driver's side.

To sum it up, Lowbeam works fine on both side, highbeam only works on driver side, and it's not an issue with the bulb.

As far as I can tell, the fuses look fine.

I've taken my car to a few shops, none would even diagnose the issue. Even toyota dealer said they would not do any diagostic because the projector is considered aftermarket and they don't touch any cars with aftermark parts.

so.... could someone here help me figure out how to fix it, or I can pay you to fix it..... thanks

the retro is brand new, solenoid is tested working.

Let's leave the retro out for now (its plug and play anyways), this happens on stock dual-filament bulbs.
