I found a Spectre Stianless steel radiator hose kit does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Has anyone used any hose kits on their solaras?

Yeah I got thought on that, don't waste your money on that B.S. Just drive the car and let it speak for itself, Its a solara not a Lambo ,feel me.
Its like this bro,to many people on this website are hooked into this who can get the baddest Solara by bolting on after market parts. If you really want to do something radical, install a narrowed rearend with 33x21.5x 16's tires in the back. All this other stuff these guys are doing is just fribulous.Oh yeah, don't forget to stretch the rear wheel wells.

Braided stainless hoses are for increased brake pressure feel. Rubber hoses expand when the pedal is depressed. Braided covers over rubber hoses will expand less making the pedal feel more firm.

Depending on how soft the OE lines are, it is worth the money (in my opinion).

well thats for the brake lines... ss radiator hoses are for show but if your like me and can't get the proper bent hoses it's the next best thing.

braided steel lines

Regular rubber hoses have braided steel inside them... I guess the "extra" steel on the outside makes them even stiffer?

As for the radiator kit, If you like it get it. It does nothing for performance just looks. IMO, I think they would look better on a old school American big block engine.

Crisp: By all means cut one: I know what I'm talking about. Do you think plain rubber could withstand the pressure?

I think kevlar is a good idea: it is stronger per weight than steel. Never seen them before, tho.
Although: the "Kevlar" label is kinda dumb.
