Where is the brain for the RS3200 alarm?

I am planning to replace it with a viper alarm soon so i have to remove the old one

ross, you don't have to remove the oem alarm. you just add it on to your existing system. it will not interfere with the oem system either. the great thing about Toyota factory systems is that 95% of them disarm the factory system when the car unlocks. your viper will do that.

unless you have that one with the extra led and different transmitter, then disarm is through the remote only. Not sure which one yank has
