Silicone engine cooling system hoses?

Postby scdsolara619 » Thu Mar 08, 2007 12:45 pm

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my engine cooling system hoses w/silicone ones, I did a search here but nothing came up. Does anyone know a company that makes them. Thanks for any info.

Ha, ha... well then i definetly don't want to to that. I was obviously misinformed (I thought I saw a few high end tuner cars / race cars with those on them, but I may be mistaken). Well then someone should maybe add this "rice-grade" to the "RICE CITATION" that someone posted the other day. Thank for the info, you saved me from ricing my car out. :)

Like i said before.
Silicone hoses hold their shape better than rubber hoses under heat.
