i am painting my grill and have it ready except for the fact that i want to remove the emblem so i can have a bit of red in the middle to match my car. anywayz, my uncle owns a bodyshop and will be painting it and says it will ruin it if i remove the emblem. i know its been done and just want some advice so this doesnt look like some piece of crap off a Civic.

if u push from the back of the grille through the two holes (top and bottom) it should come out

^^Not unless it's stuck on by glue... Follow the same instructions as shaving an emblem, and then try the tabs. I WAS going to but my old emblem onto my Renova, but the tab snapped.
