I just got my new TRD RSB in the mail yesterday, and since i didn't have to work i said what the hell, and decided to install it then and there. I lifted the car, and took the stock RSB off, but the exhaust was in the way, so i had to unscrew the the gaskets in order to remove the stock one. i started to put the new one in and we couldn't get the bushings close enough to put one side of the screws back in. So i only could put it halfway on. I unscrewed the exhaust again and took it off. Hopefully the shop where i got my wheels can do it since i have an account there, but the instructions didn't say anything about removing exhaust or anything to do this. Any reason why it isn't fitting?

It fits....just a tight fit, and you didnt' need to remove your exhaust. Try getting the bolts started in the threads before tightening all the way.

it fights you just have to play with it a little....i ddint have to toake off my muffler
