E-Ebrake

I have searched this problem. My E-brake light is on, but brake is not on. The light stays on all the time. my fuel milage is less than normal as well. I checked my braking fluid it is fine and had my brakes checked by toyota a week ago please help me..

You had your brakes actually checked? I was going to say that perhaps the brakes were stuck in a partially closed (braking) position, but most likely not if you had it checked.

Did they check the whole braking system? Perhaps you have a malfunction somewhere else, other than AT the brakes.

Just pour more brake fluid in and it will go away

Try topping it off. I think this is very sensitive.
My brake light was on so I went and bought a bottle of brake fluid. It only took about a tablespoon and the light went off.
Give it a try.

^ yup...can be very sensitive indeed.

a tablespoon of fluid will also make a difference in pedal feel as well.
