Hi Guys,

Anybody have any experience with spark/ignition leads sets from vitek performance for the 3vz-fe engine?

I ordered online around 3 weeks ago, after somebody on another forum mentioned they were supposedly very good. I have heard nothing at all since - and can't even check on my order, or get much details up on their site as it just gives sql login errors?

Cash was taken from my credit card almost straight away. I'm in the UK so contacting them by phone to chase this up is going to cost me a fair bit. So just wanted to check first if anybody on here has dealt with them recently?

Many Thanks,

- Ian.

Well if I was you, I'd call my credit card company and file a complaint. They'll look into it for you.

Yeah, file a fraud complaint with your card company... Though it usually means getting a new card, but they'll knock the jollies out of those simple buggers!

I take it that nobody on here has dealt with them recently, or theres a general low opinion of them?

Just wondered whether they are still in business etc, in which case I will give them the usual 28 days to get the goods to me, otherwise I'll raise it with the credit card company.

Still no reply from my emails as yet. Is it worth me ringing them?

For a lot of people, it's easier talking then to typing...I think you'll have more info by giving a phone call !

Well, its not looking too good.

Its just after 7pm here, which by my reckoning makes it around 12-2pm there....?

...tried ringing the toll free number (888) listed on the invoice I printed only to get a message stating that this number was available to buy, and I should ring this number to arrange......?

Found their direct number on their website. Rang that and after a few rings got an answerphone message stating that opening hours where 10-6, and then said if I was ringing about an order I should leave a detailed message and somebody will ring me back. I very much doubt they would want to make an international call back to me. Still no reply from me email either - sent another query recently too.

I think I'll approach the credit card company for my money back.

Interestingly the website doesn't list any address details at all, so I can't confirm where they are located exactly. Anybody know their address at all incase I have indeed got the times wrong?
